I had a MUCH larger pool company clean for me over the last few years, but they just didn't seem to care or had any motivation to provide a quality service (i.e. things left open, not put away, pool left in service mode, spa drained, not brushed). May have been due to a high turnover of pool cleaners, but I still lost trust with this company. I chose Austin Cooper to step up and take on my high expectations for quality service and he delivers. Being the son of a pool builder and sole owner of the business, Austin hasn't let me down. He understands how a pool is supposed to operate and what outstanding service really means. He lets me know when on the way and once the cleaning has been completed and his price point is right in line with any other cleaner (even the big ones). Excellent Pool Service – Highly Recommend!

I've been using Cooper Custom Pools for several months now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The technicians are punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. My pool has never looked better – the water is crystal clear, the equipment is running smoothly, and they always leave everything spotless.

They also take the time to explain what they're doing and answer any questions I have, which I really appreciate. It's clear they care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. We've been using Five Star/Cooper for some years now. We've lived here 23 years and have used many pool companies. These people are the best in every way and take the "pains" out of owning a pool.
